As soon as your parcel is picked up by our carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Every order includes online tracking, accessible at any time.

Withdrawal period
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
Return conditions
To be accepted, a returned product must be:
- In good general condition, with no damage caused by misuse
- Accompanied by its original packaging and all accessories
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
